Easy VPN — Delete your account

You can have your Easy VPN account and its data deleted at any time. There are two ways:

Option 1 — in the app (fastest)

Open Easy VPN and go to Profile.
Tap About → Delete my account.
Tap Email deletion request — it opens a pre-filled message to us. Send it from the address you want us to reply to (add your username / User ID if you know it).

Option 2 — by message or email

Send your username (or User ID) to any of our contact channels and say you want the account deleted:

What gets deleted

Your account record, username and password hash.
Your registered devices and their identifiers.
Your connection/usage counters for the account.
Your active VPN key(s) — they stop working immediately.

We action deletion requests within 30 days (usually much sooner). We do not keep browsing history or traffic content — we never recorded it. A deletion cannot be undone, and the same account cannot be restored afterwards.

Just want to stop the service?

You can simply log out and stop using the app — no deletion needed. Accounts also expire on their own if you don't renew them.
